Very Good: A nearly new looking device that may have minor cosmetic marks that you can only see at close range, with no cracks, deep scratches, or dents.

Good: A great value device which may have minor scratches and blemishes that don’t affect the use of the device, and possibly some wear around charging port and volume buttons.

Our free 12-month warranty begins from the date of delivery. If you choose to extend your warranty to 24 months, this will run for 2 years from the date of delivery with no breaks, even if you extend your warranty within the 60 days after your 12-month warranty ends. During your warranty period we will repair your device or replace it free of charge if we can’t repair it.

What’s covered?

  • If your device ceases to power on completely
  • If any buttons of the device stop working, including the home button, lock button, volume buttons or the silent switch
  • Screen glitching
  • Faults with cameras or microphones
  • Charging port faults

What are refurbished devices?

Refurbished devices are different to used or secondhand products. Every device we sell goes through an extensive in-house refurbishment process, which includes a 45-point functional test, to ensure the device you receive functions the same as a new one. We’re so confident in the quality of our refurbished devices, that every single device comes with a fuss free 1 year warranty and a 30-day return window so you can return your device for a full refund or exchange if you’re not 100% satisfied.

How long will shipping take?

Please allow 3-5 working days for free delivery. Don’t be alarmed if your order isn’t dispatched immediately – to give you the best price and make sure your new device reaches you in top condition, we give it a final test before we send it out to you.

If you’ve paid for next day delivery, your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

I don’t like my item – can I get a refund?

Yes! We want you to be 100% happy with your new device, so if you’re not you can return it to us FREE within 30 days. If you’d like to return your device to us, please call us on 01508 500 242 or email us at [email protected] so we can advise you of the correct procedure.

Should I add a new battery to my refurbished device?

All our devices come as standard with a fully tested battery that will work and function as expected. However, we offer a new battery option for an additional cost where we will fit a brand-new battery (100% health) to the device for you. When we fit a new battery to an iPhone, some models (iPhone XS and above) will display the message ‘Unable to verify this device has a genuine Apple battery.’ This message means that the battery is an after-market equivalent that will function exactly as intended. This message will appear after every restart of the phone for 2 weeks, then after that will remain hidden in the battery settings.

Do I have a warranty on my device?

Yes – your warranty starts from the date of delivery and will be in place for 12 months. You can choose to buy a 2-year warranty at the time of purchase, but we’ll also send you a reminder that your 12-month warranty is expiring and give you the opportunity to upgrade then.
