Our free 12-month warranty begins from the date of delivery. During your warranty period we will repair your device or replace it free of charge if we can’t repair it.

How long will shipping take?

Please allow 3-5 working days for free delivery. Don’t be alarmed if your order isn’t dispatched immediately – to give you the best price and make sure your new device reaches you in top condition, we give it a final test before we send it out to you.

If you’ve paid for next day delivery, your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

I don’t like my item – can I get a refund?

Do I have a warranty on my device?
