How long will shipping take?
Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will be shipped same day (Excludes Bank Holidays)
Do I have warranty on my device?
Yes! Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase and will be in place for 12 months. During this period we will repair your item, if a repair is not possible we will replace the product for you. See ourwarranty agreementfor more information.
My item is faulty, what should I do?
