How long will shipping take?

Please allow 3-5 working days for free delivery. Don’t be alarmed if your order isn’t dispatched immediately – to give you the best price and make sure your new device reaches you in top condition, we give it a final test before we send it out to you.

If you’ve paid for next day delivery, your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

I don’t like my item – can I get a refund?

Yes! We want you to be 100% happy with your new device, so if you’re not you can return it to us FREE within 30 days. If you’d like to return your device to us, please call us on 01508 500 242 or email us at [email protected] so we can advise you of the correct procedure.

Do I have a warranty on my device?

Yes – your warranty starts from the date of delivery and will be in place for 12 months. You can choose to buy a 2-year warranty at the time of purchase, but we’ll also send you a reminder that your 12-month warranty is expiring and give you the opportunity to upgrade then.

  • Good – This device may have signs of wear and tear, including scratches and dents and other light forms of cosmetic damage, but will be in generally good shape.
